Adult Bible Fellowship, which precedes our 10:30 am worship service, is all about seeing adults grow in their walk with Christ and each other. Our intention is to develop folks who will delight in God and declare His glory.

A curriculum-based Bible study for single and married young men and women in their mid-twenties and thirties.

We are exploring how to glorify God in our marriages as a testimony to Christ’s love for His bride. In addition to Sunday mornings, we meet four Sunday nights per month for dinner and various topics (1st and 3rd Sunday--Dickeys on Parenting; 2nd and 4th Sunday--Raders on Marriage.
Young Married 2 (Ike & Peggy Burress & Steve Morton) - Room 303
The main focus of our class is learning to have a Biblical Worldview in every area of life in the midst of the secular society in which we live. We invest much of our time in the development of strong marriages and parenting skills, following the principles of Scripture.

The study of Acts is filled with exciting truths of the first-century church. These truths not only echo in the great cities of antiquity, they shout to us how to walk with Him today! Find hope with us!
Parents of School-Age Children (Alan Young) - Rooms 412/413
For ages 28 - 50, we are currently focusing on family skills for the 21st century, including how to help our children flourish for Christ in a post-modern world.
Sojourners (Howard Geis & Ron Miller) - Rooms 420-423
The Sojourners class studies the Scriptures verse-by-verse, enjoys warm fellowship and is open to all adults. A Bible study designed to help us grow in our faith, be nurtured on the Word so that we may stay fresh and green, then flourish in order to bear fruit for His glory.
Salt and Light (Dan Lewin) - Rooms 416-419
We have group discussion as we study God’s Word verse-by-verse and build closer friendships through fellowships, dinner groups and service projects.
Abundant Family Living (Jon Sikes) - Portable, Room 506
Systematic plan to better individual growth in Christian character.
Single Adults at Heritage are an essential part of many of our adult classes and have the opportunity to mainstream with other single and married adults.
Women
H.I.S. Women (Lyn Smith) - House, Room 203
HIS Women is a class offering in-depth Bible study with group discussion and personal application. Women who are hungering and thirsting for righteousness will be delighted and challenged by lessons from God’s Word. Our topic is from Psalm 119, “The Power of God’s Word.”
Women (Carol Houghton) - Rooms 409/410
We live in a fallen world. It is a world filled with suffering, sickness and sadness. The goal of our lives is not to be free of pain and suffering. We are going to have it, but the question is, how am I going to respond to it? Let us be women that respond as Job, strengthening our grip on God and trusting Him, while putting our hope in Him, in His power and His love. Join us as we open the Living Word in the book of Job.

Difference Makers (Clyde Ross) - House, Room 205
A week-to-week study entitled, “God’s Kind of Man” focusing on Scriptural passages to help a Christian man walk closely with Him.
Men 1 (Kenn Gundersen) - Room 401
A class geared to men over 50 with an emphasis on discussion. We balance Bible knowledge and Bible application covering the entire Bible and all of Bible truth in a 5-year cycle.

Financial Peace University (Gary Winters) - Room 415 - a life-changing program that teaches you how to make the right decisions with your money. You may audit a class anytime.
College Mid-week Bible Study, AKA Egg Rolls & Ice Cream (Chad Puckett) 11801 Leaning Elm - Each week they meet for a time of laughing, eating and Bible study; currently doing a study in the Minor Prophets (8:30-10:00 pm).

Student Ministry ~ 7th - 12th Grades
Sunday Morning, 9:00-10:15 am - Youth Room/Café
After hanging out in the café, we gather in the Youth Room for a time of worship, interactive teaching and table discussions. It’s a great opportunity to examine our beliefs in light of what Scripture says.
Wednesday, 6:30-8:00 pm - Youth Room/Café
During the school year 7th - 12th grade students gather on Wednesday nights for a time of worship, teaching, small group discussion and connecting with one another. We typically walk through a book of the Bible chapter-by-chapter knowing that studying God’s Word is the most important thing we can do with our time. Gender specific small groups allow us to dig deeper and discuss the relevancy of the Word in our daily lives. Each small group consists of two adult leaders/shepherds that care for their flock. After small groups everyone is encouraged to stay around for pizza and fellowship.

Membership Matters Class
If you are interested in joining our local church body or have questions about our church, please ask about our next membership class which is held periodically. Membership Packets are available at the Welcome Center in the Commons. There is information in it about Heritage, plus membership applications and a registration card to fill out and turn in at the Welcome Center or church office (720-1449).
